1099 tax year end process

Hi,

This year there has been format changes with respect to 1099 tax submission from IRS. My Client is on jde E1 9.0 and didn't purchased enhanced support services and hence ESU is not available to install. We are nearing to IRS deadline, is there any other alternate, please advise.
