SSHR Mobile Error : Unable to connect enter a valid URL

Hello Everyone,

R12.2.9

I did the functional configuration setup for Mobile Self Service as per the below document:

Advisor Webcast Recording: EBS HCM - Oracle EBS HCM SSHR Mobile App Release 8 held on April 10, 2019 (Doc ID 2518260.1)

And downloaded the application Self Service HR for EBS on my iPad and connect through the VPN, when I try to open the application and use the instance URL it shows an error:

"unable to connect to the oracle e-business suite server please enter a valid server URL"

Also, when try to open the instance from chrome browser not opens and show (this site cant be reached)
