Tax Overrides -P060120 - W4 Revision Year

Is the W4 revision year the year the employee is making the change or the year of the IRS W4 Form? I see an issue logged for ESS where the year is defaulting to 2020 when they update the live tables and a bug has been logged.

Please confirm what year should be updated in the field.
