Load PSHUP Earnings for Old Pay Group

When an employee moved into a new pay group, they may not have access to the same earnings codes as they previously did, such as moving from an overtime eligible pay group to an exempt pay group. However, occasionally that employee needs corrections or retro pay added to their paycheck from their prior time in the previous pay group.

We cannot add these directly to a payline because the employee is no longer eligible for the earnings in their current paygroup. We have also tried using the Paysheet Load (PSHUP) to add those earnings to their paysheet using the pay group and earnings dates that are valid for the time the employee was in the prior pay group, but the load process does not allow this and simply does not load the earnings to a payline either.
