jde ais scheduler 9.2.4 timezone

We recentlyupgraded to tools 9245, while using AIS scheduler, we see that the time displayed is not EST but GMT.


Where is it picking that from? Is there any ini change that we need to make so that it shows the correct timezeon. the timezone on all servers are set for EST.
