Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Database Role that read Data Dictionary without update privilege

Hi Gurus,

I am in need to find, if any role exists that could read Data Dictionary, but not UPDATE to anything. Just Read.

The version I am looking for this role is Oracle Database 10.2.0.4.

Appreciate if any one could help me.
