Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi Gurus,

I am in need to find, if there is any Database Role that could read Data Dictionary without update privileges(Just Read).

The version I am looking it in Oracle Database 10.2.0.4.

Appreciate if any one could help me.
