How do I bring Fixed assets into Oracle from a legacy system?

We are using the Oracle EBS 12.1.3. We are implementing Fixed assets in Oracle. We had a old legacy system before and now, we need to bring the data from that system into Oracle. Is there any help on this topic that explains how we can bring the data into Oracle and do the reconciliation process? The data in the lagacy system is of much older data than our EBS system in this company.
