Retro After Payroll
We understand all retro information states you cannot run retropay after running payroll, but we all know late entries come in that cannot wait until the next payroll. How do you handle these late retro entries that need to be processed in the current payroll after both retro and payroll have been processed? We have been deleting all current payroll actions, then doing quick retro and a quick pay. Is this the best plan of action? We are new to the oracle delivered retropay processing this year on 12.2.9
