E1: 76M: Program P76M411 not opened on P0411

Hello,

We've done all the setup to have the Mexico localization for withholding. The processing option on P76M411 is set to 1 to show this screen when clicking OK on P0411. In local fat client, it works, but not on web. Does anyone have any idea about this kind of problems? We've installed several times, restart everything, cleared caché, etc...
