WO shutdown time displaying same as schedule date and time

in Enterprise Asset Management - EBS (MOSC) 8 comments

Shutdown hours not showing correct timings and they are defaulting from schedule times in R12.1.3

I have 2 operations and shutdown is just 30 mins & 12 mins for both operations total is 42 mins. I just change the label to target Response time and Resolution time in the above screen for shutdown records.
