GOAL

Studio Version: 7.1.0.0

Custom Service Request Tests Successfully But Fails When Added To Orchestration

Customer created a custom service request using Groovy to return the line number for updating a grid. Using the "Test" button within the service request they are able to get the expected result but once attaching the service request to the orchestration getting the following error:

"message" : "BRS_SREQ_GetUpdateRow:Exception: java.lang.NullPointerException, Message: Cannot get property 'forms' on null object"
