How long does 'German Payables VAT Reconciliation Detail Report' run?

We have seen that the 'German Payables VAT Reconciliation Detail Report' (JEDEAPVR, European Localizations: Version : 12.2) is running for more then 1 hour (up to 2 hours) every time it is launched for a single month.

Does anyone know if this is "normal"?
