ORACLE EBS : ENCUMBRANCE BUDGET ASSET ACCOUNT CANNOT PROCEED INTO FA MASS ADDITION.

Hello,

I have a query to ask having experiencing the issue with Encumbrance Budget asset account PO matched invoice not proceeding into the Fixed Asset Mass Addition Process.

We also require the budget should be consumed by the asset nature account.
