ORA-09925 and ORA-01033 after killing all process

Hi,

I wanted to clone a database,

I started it nomount

I received ORA-09925 because the audit directory wasn't created,

I created the directory and I killed all process

and now I can't start my database ever, I have allways ORA-09925 and ORA-1033 despite audit parameter have been setting off in init.ora

there are no process , no file in dbs directory (like lk....)

How can I do to shutdown my database
