Unable to download payslip in pdf format-12.2.7

We are unable to download documents linked to Payroll in PDF format. In Employee Self Service>Payroll Information>Statement of Earnings, select any payslip and click on the PDF of one of the payslips. This will open up as PDF view. But when we click on download, the “Save as Type” is HTML document and ‘All’ Type.

PDF option is not coming at all. Any idea how to enable PDFoption.
