Peoplesoft 9.2 PUM 36 - Grants, Projects, Retro F&A

We're on Pum36 and just bumped into the bug where the SubDivision on the Project Dept page is not populated when we make changes to that page/record. There is fix in Pum37 and it says it's a fix to the peoplecode - has anyone fixed this as yet? Can you share the code? We're not in a place where we can install a Pum for just one fix. Thanks in advance.
