High enq: TX - Contention on inserts

Our application is multi-threaded batch that runs against a 3-node RAC. As we increase the number of threads for the batch, we observe increasing TX - Contention foreground events on batch inserts into one of the tables (in AWR). This put the ceiling on the number of threads we can create.

This is a high volume batch delivered with another Oracle product. It processes a high volume of data, so increasing threads is a requirement to achieve higher throughput per run.
