Accounts not appearing as Unworked accounts in Acct Bal Inq on the Promise message tickler date.
We are running E1 9.2. We are running Credit Balance Refresh, R03B525, each morning at 5 am to refresh our Account Balance Inquiry screen. The documentation states the following.
Activity Date: Enter the tickler date that the system uses when you run Credit Analysis Refresh. The system updates the account as worked until the tickler date. When you run Credit Analysis Refresh on or after the tickler date, the system returns the account to an Unworked status so that you can review the account again.
Our accounts are not returning to an Unworked status until the day after the tickler date. So if we have a Promise (30) message set for 1/21/21, the account is not available in the Unworked inquiry until 1/22/21. Do we have something set up incorrectly?
