The Patch 26045997: ENABLING DRIVER FAN WITHOUT RUNNING ONS DAEMONS CAUSES CONNECT REQUEST ERROR is for release 12.2.1.3.

Release: Oracle JDBC for Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.3.0

We have a Enterprise Capture 12.2.1.4 installed and the a SEVERE notification can be seen as below

oracle.ons.NoServersAvailable: Subscription time out in Admin log coming during the starting of the capture environment.

On looking into the Oracle DOC ID  2308193.1, this is said to be a JDBC bug to be resolved in 18c.

And the Patch has been given to be applied for FMW 12.2.1.3 as per the oracle document as well.

Is this also applicable for FMW 12.2.1.4 with JDBC version 12.2.1.4 as well.
