Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

We are getting Excel to CI Error while uploading some data to JPM_PERSON_PROFILE component.

Recently we had a People Tools Updgrade to 8.58 from 8.57 afterwards issue is happening.

We re using working templates, because it is working fine for other components.

We are not sure any changes happened during the upgrade by Oracle. If anyone facing similar issue let me know your thoughts.
