Oracle 12c Standard Edition CORE 12.1.0.2.0 Production RAC One Node?.

Dear All Supervisor,

We are a new member here please forgive me and advise me to correct it if we are writing something wrong.

We are planning to deploy production Oracle 12c Standard Edition CORE  12.1.0.2.0  RAC One Node, but we are not sure this version support RAC One Node or not, also we are not clear where to start yet.

Please provide me the advices.

Please provide the step to deploy it.
