Oracle 19c SEHA

Hello,

There is no separate category for SEHA and SEHA is a replacement for RAC in SE2 starting 19c, therefore asking the question in this category.

Has anybody tried SEHA? We tried and found that SEHA is not able to handle public network failure on Active node i.e. database does not failover when public network fails on the Active node. Then, how can SEHA be considered a HA solution?
