A version of a report is inheriting only half of the updates from the parent report

Hi,

I updated a custom parent report in report design aid. This parent report has 37 custom versions. From our testing, all of the custom versions except one inherit all the updates that were made to the parent. One of the versions inherit only half of the updates from the parent in PY. In DV this same version inherits all the updates from the parent.

When the parent report was first being modified it was decided that this one version would not inherit any of the updates, so I modified the one version using override version specifications so it would not inherit the updates from its parent. Later it was decided that this version would also inherit the updates from its parent so I turned off the overrides. The project was still at start 21 at this point.
