BSFN B34A1010 writes Blank Lines to a Flat File

We are on application release E920 and Tools Release 9.2.4.1. We are trying to use business function B34A1010 (Write One Line to Flat File) within a UBE to create a Flat File in CSV format. The business function writes all records to the Flat File, but it creates a single blank line in between records. The maximum record length is 110 in the Flat File. There are 8 columns in the Flat File. The blank lines are being written only when the 8th column is not blank. If the 8th column is blank, the blank line is not being
