Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Where TLS 1.2 IN NET Manager?

I am using Window 2016 server and installed Oracle database 19c ( full version 19.9.0.0.0)

When I tried to setup SSL using Oracle Net Manager, on the "Require SSL Version selection box only shows "Any", "SSL 3.0" and "TLS 1.0"
