PO Value Text is not getting appeared for any reports on the web client

in CNC, DB and Operating System - JDE1 (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered ✓

Hi,

Need your help to find the root cause on the below issue.

When user are submitting any report from the menu , PO Value text is not getting appeared post selection data and click on submit however from Fat and local web is working fin.

Kindly assist what could be the issue. if we restart the JDE Services and web client will it help to resolve the issue.
