Which SDK to install for 9.2 on Windows 2019 Enterprise server?

I'm building an Enterprise server on Windows Server 2019 (which is Windows Server version 1809).

Oracle/JDE Doc ID 2459242.1 says to install Windows 10 SDK 10.0.150.63 located at this link:

https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/sdk-archive/

If you look at that link, should I be installing the SDK for version 1809 (which is version 10.0.177.63 of the SDK)? Or should I be installing a different version?
