In Financial Consolidation And Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Clearing Data Not Working

In Financial Consolidation And Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Clearing Data Returns A Success Message But None of the Data Is Getting Cleared.

I tried what Oracle has in (Doc ID 2439078.1) but that did not work either.

I also individually selected the level zero members with data in the "Data Source" dimension and that did not work either.

Can someone please help? ? Thank you!
