How to stop Approved status Purchase Order from getting changed to "Requires Re-approval"

Requirement#

When the user is changing the "Confirm Order" field from "No" to "Yes" and clicking the "Save" button, PO with "Approved" status should not change to "Requires Re-approval" Status.

Navigation is Purchasing Order responsibility-->Buyers Work Center--> Order
