new ISO code XI for northern Ireland

Hi Everyone,

do You know how to setup new iso code XI for North Ireland that must used as UE country and not EXTRAUE country as GB? Because it is not in fnd_territories table.

I know that it needs a patch from oracle to add e new ISO country code in this table. But do You know if Oracle delivered this patch?
