Has anyone configured the system to ensure the minimum amount is withheld for union dues?
We are using Payroll for North America in PeopleSoft 9.2. The union requires a minimum of $26.50 for union dues. We have set-up the union dues to use 2% of the special earnings. In some cases, this amount is less than the required minimum. Currently, we are manually making changes to the pay line to update the amount to the minimum.
We would like to know if other organizations have unions with a similar requirement. If so, how are you managing it?
