2020 ACA 1095C self mailer showing tear-off area as print area

After applying patch 31630959 ACA Phase 1 to our 12.2 instance, we took at look at the 1095C self mailer template (BENACA1095C2020S.pdf) and noted that the template includes the tear-off area of the mailer form (mainly the glue blocks in the tear-off area). I think this happened in a prior year and I had to post an SR to have Oracle Support remove the tear-off (glue block) section.
