Get "ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT.." after to apply Oracle October 2020 patch

Hi,

Oracle version: 12 c ( 12.1.0.2.0)

I am facing the multiple ORA errors of "ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired" since I applied for Oracle patch for October 2020. Please see the below errors:
