Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Hi,

We want to apply this patch as we have the issue in 12.2.10 as described in this note:

The UWQ Delinquent Bill To Node Shows Count of 0 After Upgrading to 12.2.9 (Doc ID 2745136.1)

But the patch is password protected and the note refers to this Community for assistance.

Can this password be provided so we can install and test the issue again?
