Home page error while upgrading to HCM 9.2 image 35.

Hello,

We are upgrading to HCM 9.2 image 35. For security purposes, we have cloned PTPT1000 permission list to a custom permission list, say Z_PTPT1000 and using this Z_PTPT1000 in PeopleSoft User role. But we are running into an issue.

When we login as a user who doesn't have PeopleSoft Administrator role, the home page says "You are not authorized for this page" and two buttons displays , "Back" and "Home". Please refer to attached screen shot.

Could you please suggest from where to start analyzing.
