Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is the date that should be used in this field? 2020 or the year of the form that the employee provides?

The explanation in the field has led us to believe it should be the Form Date not the date of the W4 received from the Employee.
