Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

While installing Oracle Database 19.3C on RedHat 8.3 I got the following error:

$ORACLE_HOME/perl/bin/perl: error while loading shared libraries:

libnsl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

But I find it at $ORACLE_HOME/lib/stubs/libnsl.so.1

What shall I do?
