Material Issue/ Reservations not working when closing work orders

Hi,

We have recently upgraded our Oracle Applications from R12.1.3 to R12.2.9.

We have defined the BOM for the PM activities and created PM schedules. When the PM workorder is released we see the material from activity BOm that needs to be issued out on the stock is reserved for the workorker. When the user completes the workorder, the material is not issued out and th reservations are still there against the workorder for the item. We do not see any pending transactions in the system either.

Are there any additional setups or steps that needs to be done in R12.2.9 for issuing the material when the owkrorder is closed?
