Is ulg.sql needed to be run while i am upgrading 12c to 19c goldengate of 12c container datbase

Hi Experts,

we are upgrading goldengate from 12c(12.3) ,1to 19c(19.1). we cannot do a inplace upgrade as this is HUB setup and we will not be upgrading all the processes at the same time. we are installing new 19c binaries in different location and will copy the prm,chk files of the processes which required upgrade.. so the question is do i need to run ulg.sql on 19c binaries. Extract has both schematrandata enabled for some schemas and transdata enables for tables of other schemas
