ADOP hotpatch mode

Hello Guys,

We 12.2.6 instance which we follow patches (either custom or oracle) applied adop hotpatch mode. We dont try ADOP full cycle after we upgrade the 12.2. My question is , if we apply the custom patches with hotpatch mode, we dont have any problem, the same method if we apply the oracle bug fixes patches like Form, Conc. related patch, we faces some issue in our EBS instance. We apply the oracle patch while application services up and running. Is there any way to apply the oracle bug fix patches for adop hotpatch mode without any issue.
