2020 ACA Results - All employees have 1H after Phase 1 Patch

We are on 12.2.6 EBS and I loaded the Phase 1 2020 patch #31630959 in a testing instance, then ran the archive for 2020. It appears that all staff are returning 1H for Box 14, which is wrong. I had Benefit staff review all the plans, etc. to make sure all the 2020 settings were there, purged, and then re-archived and the results did not change.

I saw an old bug with a similar description but it was back in 2016.

Has anyone else encountered this after patching?
