Order Import - Can we import Installation Details

Hi,

A client has EBS Order Management ,Oracle Installed Base, Teleservice and Service contract (plus Inventory and other core modules). The intend to replace the service module by Salesforce.

SR will be created in Salesforce, but any requirement for shipping replacement or repair will necessitate creating RMAs (for repair and replacement) in Order Management plus create shipment orders to ship replacement and repaired items.

Can we import orders in Oracle with line Installation details.

Since Install Base most likely will remain in Oracle EBS, the IB status, ownership and other attribute can be controlled by the Installation details. Example a Return for Repair order type and Ship Repair Order type will not change the ownership of the Installation.
