Possible to increase max number of rows processed by mass transaction manager or spreadsheet upload?

Hi, we are on PS 9.2.35 and PT 8.58

I've been testing using mass transactions and the spreadsheet upload to recategorize assets with a large number of cost rows. Some of our assets have over 1000 cost rows. I found that the spreadsheet upload will only process 99 cost rows and when I tried recategorizing via the mass transaction functionality, it is also limited to 99 cost rows.

Is this a hard limit or can we change this for one or both?
