Ability to PUSH a value to TAGS when generating a Discussion/Question
Currently EBS HCM pushes (via IT Flow) the customers over to Communities if they are asking a simply HOW TO or SETUP question.
Support would like to over service these Community discussion/questions, although there is no way to identify what discussion/questions (within the community) are originating from a IT FLow push.
I was able to PUSH data into the Question Title - using the following call to the URL :
The biggest issue here is that it would be extremely easy for the customer to type over any value I add to the Question Field - so this is not a valid solution
