Delete and reinstall

Hi,

DB 19c on AIX

We installed binaries and created a database. But ORACLE_HOME was on a file system which was not with standard nomination of our organisation. We renamed file system and now nothing works:

Could not load program sqlplus:

Dependent module libsqlplus.so could not be loaded.

Could not load module libsqlplus.so.

System error: No such file or directory.

We want to begin again. Can we just remove the content of all file systems and run runInstaller and create database?
