Do we need to upgrade JRE 8 Update 181 or later in Server to support Edge browser?

Hello Team,

We are in the process of applying patches to support Microsoft Edge browser for R12.1.3 my question is do we need to upgrade JDK version in server to JRE 8 Update 181 or later or just install Java 1.8 in desktops would sufficient?

What is the minimum supported java version for both server and client to support Edge browser?
