oracle database upgrade from 11g on redhat 6 server to 19c on resthat7 server

Hi,

We have database 11.2.0.4 on redhat 6 server with EBS 12.2.6, we need to upgrade database to 19c on redhat 7 server.

Please what's the correct way to do it?
