Live Migration and Hard Partitioning

Oracle VM is at the end of Premier Support in March 2021 and extended support in 2024. The recommendation is to migrate to Oracle KVM which is in premier support till 2029. However the same licnese benefits are not available in OKVM. Will OKVM will support Live Migration in the future?
