Agile PLM 9.3.3 Okta Integration

in Agile (MOSC) Question

I am seeking to understand if it is possible to integrate Agile 9.3.3 with Okta. We currently use LDAP authentication, but Okta would provide a better end user experience for us.

From what I understand, Agile PLM requires Oracle Access Management (OAM), which is a separate suite of tools to add SAML capability. Once OAM is in place, Agile PLM can integrate with anything that is SAML compliant.

I also heard that Okta might be able to integrate without OAM. In this case, Okta acts as a password filler for the Agile application, not a SAML integration. We would still need our LDAP integration in place, and Okta would be used to federate AD to Okta.
